The pillow does seem to keep cooler than others. However, I bought the king sized pillow and it is tiny inside my king pillowcases. I also found myself with numb hands because I was supplementing the height of the pillow with my hands since it was not big enough. I do sleep on my side or belly most of the time, so I don't need a huge pillow, but this one was just much smaller than any others I've had.

Have been a side sleeper for years. Recently got a new, firmer mattress that promotes back sleeping. This pillow is the best I've ever had for side sleeping, but not great for back sleeping. I'm used to the older TempurPedic products that have a curve built in to cradle the neck when back sleeping. This one is a little too large (I ordered the medium size not the smallest - that could be part of the problem) for back sleeping for me. I have to scrunch it up to support my neck and then it feels a little too hard. But if you're a side sleeper, this is Nirvana.

Very good product. Came with my mattress purchase. Dustin, sales person recommended the pillow. I was so impressed that I took advantage of the BOGO on the Cloud pillows ... unfortuantely this was a mistake. Was very surprised. Took it to the store and showed Dustin and he was unfamilar with the products sold on-line. But he agreed with my complaints, especially the odd chemical odor. I ended up donating the pillows to the store. Also, I called TP and complained and have not recieved a reponse.

I purchased 2 of these with my new bed, they are not the best I ever had, and I regret not choosing the coconut breeze that the store had if I knew the charge was not BOGO free like the signs all over the store had hanging. I should have asked about this, but the salesman commented on the price of the coconut pillows and suggested the Tempur-Pedic and I listened to him because he was very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise.

im a petite woman who loves an extremely soft pillow & this pro adapt mid cooling pillow wasnt soft enough for me. i know the description says its soft but this particular model is firmer than i like as a soft pillow lover. im a tempurpedic pillow fan but didnt find this one comfortable at all. if you love extremely soft pillows like me, i'd opt for the adapt cloud cooling pillow or the breeze pro hi pillow by tempurpedic, i own both & theyre a soft pillow lover's dream!

This Tempur-Adapt Pro + Colling Pillow is the perfect pillow for a sofa nap. The texture of the pillow is comfortable, it is firm against the sofa arm, and it is form fitting around my head and shoulders. Should work for just about anyone.

Best quality pillow I have ever purchased. Relieved my nagging neck pain I used to have at night with old pillow. My wife has found to have same experience with her Tumpur Pro Lo pillow as well. These pillows are well forth the money if have trouble next at night with neck pain or sore neck muscles.

i like the pillow but am very disappointed on how short it is. It does not even go across the queen sized bed. If i had realized this i would not have bought it or i would have gotten the king sized. The pillow cases are also way to big for the pillow.

I ordered the pro-mid pillows. Once I got the ones I actually ordered, I was very happy. I have had issues with my back and neck that required physical therapy. I have spent a lot of money on various pillows trying to find one I could actually use. When I tried this one in the store, I felt it would work for me. I was very disappointed when they sent the wrong pillow. That one absolutely would not work for me. Once I got the right one, I was very happy. However, my husband does not like it. It is too firm for him.

This Queen LuxBreeze is replacing our 18 year old TempurPedic. We shopped in the TP store and Mattress Firm for expert advice. I am a side sleeper with hip and shoulder pain who sleeps hot and my husband is a side and back sleeper who has a bad back. With the help of the experts, we choose the LB Soft. Well, it's not working for us, especially for my husband who has resorted to sleeping on the couch because that is more comfortable for his back. We also replaced our Ease adjustable base for the Ergo because it has the lumbar support. If we try to increase the lumbar support, the foot of the bed goes down so the lumbar goes back to neutral. We are grateful that we can exchange the mattress for a different model, but are very nervous to make another mistake.
