Defective mattress doesn't meet this company standards yet I have a noticeable sag that clearly is within the guidelines! After taking a dozen pictures and emailing back and forth fixing picture recommendations they deny! FORGET THIS COMPANY! Not only is the mattress a problem their mattress cover after awhile doesn't protect and rip! AGAIN Forget This Company! The last time I buy a mattress from them!

I've been trying for 12 weeks to get warranty work done on the head unit that lifts. They showed up after 4-5 weeks to tell me what I already knew, the head actuator was out. Said they would order the parts and it's been 2-3 weeks since that.

All the other brands would sag after 3 months, no matter how good or expensive they were. I've been sleeping on the GrandBed for 7 years now and it still delivers a good nights sleep. Recommended by a soldier I knew. He said he slept for 14 hours when his Tempurpedic arrived. That was enough for me, bought one that week.
There is nothing better.

We have been shopping for a mattress for nearly a year. While staying recently with my brother in law, my wife and I had the chance to sleep on the new Tempurpedic GrandBed mattress that he's been raving about. We were more than slightly skeptical at his over-the-top ratings of the new mattress and he couldn't wait for us to try it. Well, it was even better than advertised. The mattress envelopes you like a cloud and we quickly drifted off to sleep. No tossing or turning, no waking up in the middle of the night, no hip or knee or back pain in the morning. As proven by my iPhone sleep app, we enjoyed a solid, uninterrupted night of sleep for 3 nights in a row.Great mattress!!

The life changing event is nothing short of amazing.
From sleeping to snoring (the other half) to movies in bed to reading and YES to totally relaxed and massaged bliss - there is nothing like this base.
There is nothing like it. The ONLY downside is that every vacation from here on out will disappoint due to MISSING this bed when you are NOT in it.

You can't put a price on good sleep. The support that this mattress provides is perfect for us although it does get a little warm sometimes. Finally found a mattress that works for us.

The Tempur-ergo has helped both my husband and me to fall asleep faster and stay alseep longer. Lifting both head and legs jus a bit has provided the comfortable position for bothe of us: he is a side sleeper and I sleep on my back. It was a budget stretch, but well worth the effort. Thanks much.

I am a 57 year old daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, Christian, good friend, homeowner, well educated with a career, who likes to work hard and enjoy life to its fullest. I am passionate about family, photography, cars, health, reading, outdoors, gardening, cooking and extensive travel. I say this so you know I am an ordinary America of more midwest than southern culture who has bad aches and pains. My hips are ill, I have cervical, mid & lumbar spinal injuries & deterioration from age & accidents. When my daughter put a Grand Tempur in her guest room, my room when I visit grandchildren, about 4 years ago, I felt uncertain about such a firm and expensive mattress. I noticed I slept well, for me this means a restful night of sleep, without needing to turn or move often seeking more comfort or less discomfort. At first I thought my sleeoing better was due to the trip to get there, but their family moved to our town! I go to sleep and sometimes awaken in the same position. I sleep soundly. I bought a grand tempur on sale, which was a big investment for me. I reasoned better quality of sleep improved health. These beds do sleep warm, but I've always been cold natured, so love love the coziness. If you are hot natured, sweat, do not to feel warm, this is likely not for you, unless you want to run the A/C, like some Tempur owners who love to sleep cool do.

This is our third Tempur-Pedic. The first we had for over ten years and we were spoiled to getting such a great night sleep. We brought our second one and this time went with the GrandBed. We only thought we were sleeping restfully before. The GrandBed is the best of the best! Hurricane Harvey made a visit and decided that we no longer needed our mattress. When we had rebuild our home and began to replace our furniture, our first purchase was a GrandBed. After over a year we are finally able to get a great nights sleep. You won't go wrong with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Beware as you will be spoiled to a great night sleep every night!

Being able to set favorite positions on the remote is a great feature. The massage is excellent for my bad back. One minor complaint is the massage is louder than we like, I will probably contact the seller about this if it persists.

Both my husband & I ended up in physical therapy with back problems; neither one of us can sleep through the night; it's like sleeping on concrete; we can't comfortably turn over. We spent way too much money & are now buying another mattress after 8 months.

Before I bought my tempurpedic, I never spent much on a mattress. All that changed when I had surgery on a very painful herniated disc. Everyone I know who has a tempurpedic raves about them. Went into the store looking to purchase the least expensive mattress they had. Once I tried the Grandbed I had to purchase it, regardless of the high price. First time in years I was able to sleep without waking up to back pain. This matteres confirms to your body, it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I'll never live without a tempurpedic, it has been wonderful to not just my back but my body.

Made all my back and neck issues disappear. Must be paired with the grand bed pillows for maximum pleasure. I honestly felt as though i was being held by the lord himself our savior, god . Only issue i found is when sleeping for more than 12 hours my kidneys started to ache, 8-10 hours i found to be the perfect time frame. God bless the grand bed. I wish everyone can feel the wonderful pleasures that i do when waking up but with the price you probably can't . Finance and don't look back you won't regret it. its the only bed you will ever need

We slept on the Grand Queen for 10 years, and loved it. Even though we would liked to have upsized to a King, there was no other mattress that we would consider. It took us a while to save, but now we have our Grand King. And it is fabulous!

I find the bed makes me turn back and forth all night because of hip pain. Then when I sleep on my back I get low back pain. I would be very careful about spending a lot of money for this Tempurpedic brand that does not give the satisfaction to every customer that was touted.

With every mattress we've owned until we purchased the GRAND mattress, we found ourselves rolling toward the middle of the bed and we felt every move the other made all night long. After we purchased the GRAND mattress, we don't even know we are sharing a bed with each other after we kiss goodnight!! It's by far the best mattress we have ever owned and we will never purchase anything else! We also have 3 CLOUD mattresses in our guest bedrooms! Maybe that's why we have company so often!!

I wouldn't buy another bed. I don't ever see this bed ever dying. I was in a car accident, i was hit by two drunk drivers and for years I could not sleep. Until one day I just happened to wait for a friend and it was raining outside. I ducked inside the store and sat on the bed. I slowly realized I had to lay down. I laid down for a minute and I feel asleep. My friend came in and woke me up. I woke up and bought the bed, right on the spot. I bought the floor model. I tied the bed to my friend's car and drove it home. I slept for 36 hours. I let my friends from out of town stay in my bed to rest and they ALL say, "they have never slept better in their lives." All my friends that can afford one will buy one. My bed is still going strong after all these years.

I am a Physical Therapist born with a connective tissue disorder, EDS III, and am no stranger to pain. Through the years I learned to live with it. Because of my weak connective tissue I suffered two cerebrospinal fluid leaks in 2012, a complication of back surgery with underlying EDS, and for which I could only heal by laying on a tempurpedic. I later gifted that bed to help someone else heal, as I traveled with my work, without a tempurpedic mattress. Since, the pain slowly returned, and one year ago with a vengeance. So I began my search for the perfect tempurpedic mattress for me to now heal from chronic pain. I laid on many in stores and tried one in my home. After exchanging one, I finally found the bed that worked best for me. The Grand mattress was the answer to my much needed deep sleep and healing. After two nights of sleep, I woke up without pain and felt 20 years younger. The pain has not since returned. Thank you Tempurpedic for the gift of healing. I have suffered for over a year with severe back pain and am finally pain free. I was born with Ehlers Danolos Syndrome Type III, which no longer has it's hold on me. I am free, and experiencing life again. Thank you!

WE get the best rest ever. It is so nice and firm but soft at the same time and I love it. I am so happy to have it and when I am not home I can't wait to get back in my bed. Hotel beds have nothing on this mattress.

I have had this bed about 6 years now. Many people may like the bed new. some will not. To me the bed was good to begin with. After about 1-1/2 years it became sublime. This makes sense that it takes so long to break in. It is exceptionally dense heavy visco elastic foam in this bed. So if you are willing to "see it through" this might really pay off for you. I would say at this point this bed is much more comfortable than the vividus. That is a $150,000 bed. I think at this point it may be the best bed on the planet. It should also be the last bed you ever buy if you so wish. It took nearly 2 years to break in but the payoff was well worth it. It depends what you want. All I can say is all good things come in due time. Most importantly I would say do not judge this bed by when you get it. It will very slowly change from pretty good to incredible. I know that may seem ridiculous and no one wants to wait that long but if your sleep and comfort is important to you I see no other option. When I bought this price was no object to me. It was good enough to win out any other bed brand new. at about the 2 year point it became like sleeping in Anti-Gravity. It became incredible. Don't get me wrong. It is good out of the box if you like it in the showroom but give it a couple of years and you will not even believe what is possible with a bed. On the flipside the Grand pillows only take about 6 months to fully break in. Put some top of the line Sferra bros sheets on this and you will be in heaven. I sustained a crippling injury to my back and neck. I was on the strongest medications made had spent months in the hospital and rehab. Now I take no medication for pain. If it can do that it should truly change your life. The point of this update is plain and simple. After about 2 years you will be the proud owner of the finest thing on earth. It changed my life. Quite literally. Just understand getting into this that if you like it enough in the showroom to purchase it, come 2 years or so you will be rewarded like nothing you ever imagined would occur in your life.
I do not usually write reviews but it is necessary this time. I owe it to Tempur Pedic. I went from full paralysis to fully able in several years. I was told I would never move again, had to be spoon fed by a nurse. To me this is the essence of "changed my life" if anything is. My Surgeon agrees that the only possible explanation for my recovery is this bed. I think it is safe to say it changed my life. I know for most people it will probably be something more subtle even perhaps bad discs or something but I owe my life to this bed. I remember being put in the bed and now I do it by myself with no problem at all. Not to mention every other aspect of a healthy mobile life. I want to mention that the change in the feel of the bed was not due to recovery of my injury but the actual bed itself. It occurred before I was injured so I am sure of this. I have a queen size "Tempurpedic ERGO System" adjustable base. I got it about 6 months ago. About 2 weeks ago I raised the head. Last week I tried to lower the head and the bed would not respond. I replaced the batteries (correctly installed). Now the remote will not even light up. It will take 5 weeks to get a new remote. Why is there not a way to adjust the bed on the control box under the bed??

We bought the CA split king from my sister second hand as she was moving to a beach cottage-no room for a king. We love it. I have never been able to sleep on my left side as I have 3 pins in it from a broken hip.
Now I can sleep in comfort. Bed still a little pricey but worth it.

We own 4. Once you fall asleep you wake up in the same position. Very comfortable, very supportive although it's not listed as "firm". It helps relieve pressure off 2 herniated discs and even more so if you purchase the adjustable base. We can't sleep on any other mattress now. Purchased in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2016 for so 4 bedrooms. Love it!

This bed is super adaptive to your body and high quality construction, but get ready for warm, sweaty nights because it traps in your body heat. We wanted to buy this bed so badly because of how comfortable it felt in the showroom. But after a few weeks we noticed we were waking up in the middle of the night, tossing/turning because we were so hot, and this with the AC set at 70! I can't believe this doesn't come with a cooler top. Also, you feel like your in quicksand when trying to turn over or get out of bed. Maby it's too adaptive. Absolutely no more back pain/discomfort (like w/ our sleep number), but I think I would have slept just as comfortable, if not more without sweaty nights, in one of TP's other, less expensive models.
I should have returned it within the 90 day trial period. $10k is a lot to spend on something your not 100% satisfied.

17 years ago there was only one choice for mattress. It was a miracle and answer to my prayers. Before I would toss and turn all night with pain from fibromyalgia. With the new temperpedic bed, I finally could get a restful night of sleep. I forms to my body and doesn't cause any pressure points on my back. I can't say anything bad about it.

I'm a big fan of tempur mattresses and have Two others for my kids. I personally prefer this over the Breeze as I like a firmer mattress. The only cons for this is the heavy weight which makes shifting it around a challenge and the price point. Apart from that, I love it.

I've owned the Grandbed for about two years now. Its super comfortable and I love getting in bed. I'd say it definitely softens up over time (which was good for me). My only concern is that I do tend to get warm at night and I feel like the mattress does not have much cooling (I was told it had airflow chambers).
